Designed to help participants break through the barriers of denial that are often found in addiction, Sober Parenting Journey group process provides a valuable source of fellowship and support to participants and enhances their awareness of triggers that may bring about relapse. The ultimate goal of Sober Parenting Journey is helping parents become more confident in their recovery, more hopeful and optimistic about their future, and more understanding about what it means to be a good parent while struggling with the challenges of recovering from an addiction.
